Larceny is a small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon made with a wheated mash bill, where soft red winter wheat takes the place of rye as the secondary grain for a smoother, softer character. Its name and label tell the story of Treasury agent John E. Fitzgerald, who, as the legend goes, helped himself to the best barrels in the warehouse he was assigned to guard.
This gift set presents the bourbon in a black keyhole-window box alongside an etched Larceny rocks glass and a dice game, making it a ready-to-give set for bourbon drinkers and game nights alike. Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV), Larceny is an approachable, easy-sipping bourbon that works neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Sweet caramel and vanilla up front, with soft baked bread and a touch of toasted oak, finishing smooth and gently sweet thanks to the wheated mash bill.
