Shipping Policy
- You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. A signature from someone 21 or older is required upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local and state laws regarding alcohol shipments.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or over the weekend, will ship within 1-3 business days from the following Monday.
- Delays may occur during peak periods.
- If the item is not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed.
- No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Our warehouse is located in Southern California.
Shipping Options
- We ship via UPS, offering Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air services.
- All Ground shipments take 2-5 business days in transit.
- Expedited shipments (Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Select) will ship the following business day.
- As all alcoholic deliveries require an adult signature and proof of ID, we highly recommend shipping to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.
State Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following states: AK, AL, MA, OR, TN, WV, MI.
Shipping Address
- Yes, your shipping address can differ from your billing address.
- Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Your options are:
- Hold the package at the local UPS location.
- Return the package to us and reship to the new address (additional fees will apply).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find any issues.
For claims of damaged, defective, or lost items:
- Email Info@Nestorliquor.com with:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos of the item, packaging, and box.
For incorrect items:
- Email Info@Nestorliquor.com with proof of the error, including photos of the item and packaging.
