Joel Richard Esencia 25 Year fermented from pressed sugar cane juice and aged in used American oak bourbon barrels for 25 years. Deep, dark golden brown color with strong aromas of oak, dark chocolate, cream, dry seeds, walnut, and Christmas cake. The palate is smooth, barely sweet with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, nougat, caramel, and smoky oak. Round and full body. The finish is a soft burn with citrus, spices, and sweet oak.
