Hibiki Harmony Chiso Japanese Whisky — Limited Edition
2026 Limited Edition Blended Japanese Whisky, Designed in Collaboration with Kyoto Kimono House Chiso
Hibiki Japanese Harmony gets a one-of-a-kind look for 2026, designed in collaboration with Chiso, the Kyoto kimono house founded in 1555 and known for hand-dyed yuzen kimono made historically for temples, aristocrats and the imperial household. Chiso reimagined Hibiki's signature 24-facet bottle, covering the glass in jewel-toned florals in gold, crimson, emerald, indigo and soft blush, and also designed the gift carton.
Each flower carries an auspicious meaning in Japanese tradition: tachibana (evergreen citrus) for prosperity, kiri (paulownia) for good fortune and nobility, sakura (cherry blossom) for renewal, and ume (plum blossom) and tsubaki (camellia) for longevity. The 24 facets of the bottle represent Japan's 24 traditional seasonal periods, so the pattern seems to shift as the bottle turns in the light.
Inside is the standard Hibiki Japanese Harmony blend, bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof): malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, matured in a range of cask types that includes American white oak, sherry and Mizunara oak. It is a standout gift and a striking display piece for any Japanese whisky collection.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. Palate: Rose, lychee and a hint of rosemary, with mature woodiness and sandalwood. Finish: Subtle, tender and lingering, with a hint of Mizunara oak.
