100% Puro de Agave, Ultra-Premium Sipping Tequila from Los Altos de Jalisco
Escasa, which means "scarce" in Spanish, is an ultra-premium sipping tequila built around rarity and craftsmanship. Founded in 2024 by fourth-generation Master Distiller Graciela "Grace" Gonzalez, every expression is made from 100% Blue Weber agave hand-selected from a different single estate each year in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico.
The agave is cooked for a minimum of 24 hours, beginning within hours of harvest, then milled and pressed. Bagazo fibers from the milled agave are added to the fermentation tanks, where heirloom yeast does its work, and the tequila is triple distilled. The result is a blanco with the depth of cooked agave and the character of its terroir, presented in an elegant, white, ceramic-style bottle embossed with an agave and a geometric pattern, and topped with an ornate silver stopper.
Tasting Notes
