Escasa Blanco comes from Master Distiller Graciela "Grace" Gonzalez, made with agave from a different single estate each year in Los Altos de Jalisco, cooked for at least 24 hours, triple distilled, and presented in a white ceramic-style bottle with a silver stopper.
