A single malt whisky made in Texas by craft distilling powerhouse Balcones. It appeared in July 2011 and has been picking up awards ever since.
The Balcones Texas Single Malt Whisky Single Barrel 'C.O.B' ages in a variety of new & used American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels, all of which are candidates for the Single Barrel Private Selection Program.
This variety in barrel character combined with our copper pot stills yield complex flavors with intense palate-density. Non-chill filtered, as always.
